The T&P Cell is equipped with dedicated interview rooms, group discussion rooms, a computer centre, presentation hall, and a training centre. It coordinates campus placement drives, pre-placement talks, mock interviews, resume workshops, and LinkedIn optimisation sessions. In 2024, 50+ companies visited and 382 students were placed including 10 international offers and 44 PPOs.

The IET Lucknow central library is fully automated using the KOHA platform and houses over 56,491 volumes and 19,157 titles. It provides access to 150+ national and international journals, e-books, digital resources, and educational CD-ROMs. The reference section is spread over a large, well-lit area. Services include OPAC, document delivery, inter-library loan, and digital access to research databases. Open to all UG, PG, and doctoral students.

As part of its sustainability initiatives, IET Lucknow has installed an EV (Electric Vehicle) charging station on campus. The hostels are solar-powered, and the campus supports rainwater harvesting. These initiatives reflect IET's commitment to a green, eco-friendly campus environment.

IET Lucknow has a well-equipped central computer centre with 180+ systems featuring the latest hardware and software. The centre supports in-house software development, programming labs, and internet access. Campus-wide Wi-Fi is available, though connectivity speed may vary across hostels and academic blocks.

The institute has a centrally air-conditioned auditorium with a seating capacity of 800+ that features digital projection, sound systems, and a well-equipped stage. It is used for convocations, technical symposia, cultural events, seminars, and guest lectures by industry leaders.

IET Lucknow is fully residential with 6 boys' hostel blocks and 3 girls' hostel blocks (4th under construction), accommodating over 2,000 students. Hostel rooms are spacious and furnished. Each hostel block has an in-house mess with steam cooking, nutritious cuisine, a TV lounge, water purifier, water cooler, telephone, and an in-campus convenience shop. Hostels are solar-powered with 24-hour power backup and Wi-Fi. Annual hostel fee is Rs.14,500 plus Rs.4,000 HMC charge.
