The total fee for PGDM, PGDM-IB and PGDM-RM is INR 10,75,000, plus INR 2,000 for lifetime alumni membership and an INR 5,500 refundable security deposit. It is payable in four instalments of INR 2,90,000, INR 2,75,000, INR 2,95,000 and INR 2,15,000 spread over two years.
The sanctioned intake is 180 seats for PGDM (General), 60 for PGDM in International Business and 60 for PGDM in Retail Management, giving a combined PGDM intake of 300. The FPM has 10 seats.
The official cutoff published in the institute's AICTE Mandatory Disclosure is 75 percentile in CAT, held steady across the 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26 cycles. Other accepted cutoffs are 580 composite in MAT, 60 percentile in XAT, 60 percentile in ATMA and 70 percentile in CMAT.

Beyond national recognition, JIMS Rohini holds international quality accreditation from the South Asian Quality Assurance System (SAQS) and is a member of AACSB. Its AICTE-approved portfolio covers the PGDM family and the FPM, while BBA, BCA, B.A. (Hons.) Economics and MCA are run in affiliation with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. The institute's own disclosures record 45 permanent management faculty with a 1:13 faculty-to-student ratio, a library of 11,107 titles and 33,520 volumes, subscriptions to 67 national and 16 international journals, and more than 16,000 e-books.
The Rohini campus operates classes in two shifts across its undergraduate programmes and houses 11 classrooms, three tutorial rooms, four laboratories, three computer centres including a 90-machine high-configuration lab, and a 500 Mbps internet backbone. Industry linkage runs through ASSOCHAM, PHDCCI, FICCI, CII, AMDISA, AIMA, EPSI and AIMS, supported by 13 MoUs with industry and three with academic institutions.
