Jagran College runs an active Training and Placement Cell that organises career-guidance sessions, aptitude tests, mock interviews, group discussions and skill-development workshops in collaboration with organisations such as IIT Kanpur, Global Talent Track and the NIIT Foundation. In the 2024 placement season, the college recorded a highest package of Rs. 6.2 lakh per annum and an average package of around Rs. 4 lakh per annum, with recruiters including TCS, Capgemini, HCL, HDFC Bank, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, Ujjivan Bank, Utkarsh Bank, Just Dial, SpiceJet, IndiGo Airlines and the Piramal Foundation's Gandhi Fellowship programme visiting the campus for on-campus recruitment drives.
