Documents: NEET scorecard + admit card, NEET Rank Letter, Class 10 + 12 certificate + marksheet, TC/CLC, PAN + Aadhaar (photocopy — bring original), 5 passport-size photos, Provisional Allotment Letter (generated online), Domicile Proof (state quota not applicable — but needed for identity), Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC if applicable).
