JIIT's ~25-acre Sector 62 campus and the Sector 128 Wish Town campus both feature environmentally conditioned (centrally air-conditioned) academic blocks - a standard that keeps the learning environment functional through Delhi-NCR's extreme summer heat. Both campuses are fully Wi-Fi enabled with high-speed internet. The academic buildings are described in institutional materials as 'smart buildings' with integrated internet connectivity throughout - not just Wi-Fi access points in corridors, but full building-level connectivity that enables live data-intensive computing work from any classroom or lab. The Sector 128 campus, being newer, has visually more contemporary infrastructure and benefits from the Wish Town township's planned environment, with dedicated access roads and better internal organisation than the older, denser Sector 62 campus.

Campus Facilities at JIIT Noida: Modern Infrastructure Across Two Campuses

Engineering and Computing Laboratories

JIIT maintains large numbers of specialised laboratories across both campuses for CSE, ECE, IT, Biotechnology, and the newer specialisation tracks. The IBM Centre of Excellence at JIIT has dedicated lab infrastructure - machines configured for IBM Cloud, AI, and developer workflow training. The Cisco Networking Academy lab provides the hardware environment for CCNA and CCNP certification preparation. ECE labs include equipment for VLSI design (using industry-standard EDA tools), antenna measurement, RF circuit design, and signal processing - a depth of electronics infrastructure that enables genuine core ECE student project work rather than just simulation-based coursework. The Learning Resource Centre (JIIT's name for its library complex) is a modern multi-floor facility combining print resources, digital database access, and study spaces.

Library (Learning Resource Centre)

JIIT's Learning Resource Centre at Sector 62 is consistently cited by students as one of the campus's strongest assets - well-stocked with technical textbooks (engineering, computing, mathematics, management), digital journal and database access, and maintained to a standard that reflects the university's academic seriousness. E-book facilities supplement physical holdings. Reference textbook collections cover the full JIIT B.Tech curriculum across all specialisations, as well as advanced resources for M.Tech and research-track students. The library is open extended hours during examination periods.

Hostel and Residential Life

Both campuses have separate hostel facilities for boys and girls. Room configurations range from five/six-sharing (β‚Ή95,000/semester) to more private options at higher costs - total hostel cost runs approximately β‚Ή1.1–1.7 lakhs per year depending on room type and AC availability. The campus mess (called 'Annapurna' in JIIT's institutional language) provides daily meals. Students report the hostel infrastructure as functional and adequately maintained, though not luxurious - JIIT is not the institution to choose if hostel comfort is a top priority, but it is entirely adequate as a residential base for a focused academic and technical career-building experience. Mini-ambulances are available on campus for medical emergencies, with a dispensary providing subsidised medication.

Sports and Student Life

  • Sports complex with outdoor and indoor facilities: cricket ground, football field, volleyball courts, basketball courts, athletics track.
  • Indoor games: table tennis, chess, carrom, billiards.
  • Gymnasium with standard fitness equipment available to students and faculty.
  • Auditorium and seminar halls equipped with professional AV systems for technical talks, invited speaker series, and student events.
  • Annual tech-cultural fest - one of Noida's larger student-run technical festivals, attracting participants from across NCR engineering colleges.
  • Active student technical clubs: coding clubs, robotics clubs, electronics projects groups, entrepreneurship cell.
  • Alumni association network - JIIT alumni are dispersed across Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Atlassian, and other marquee tech employers globally, and the alumni network is one of JIIT's strongest informal career resources.
  • Medical dispensary with subsidised medicines; mini-ambulance service for emergencies.
  • Transport: institutional minibus and hired car services for faculty and staff; student commute primarily via metro and auto-rickshaw.
  • Eco-friendly campus design: lush green areas maintained within the academic block perimeter at both campuses.
