Admissions are handled through the online portal of the university in association with MP Online, and seats are allotted on a merit-cum-choice basis. According to the admission prospectus 2025-26, the application fee is Rs. 1,000 (Rs. 800 for SC/ST/OBC) along with a registration fee of Rs. 300 for every course applied, and a candidate may apply for a maximum of five courses.

Admission Process

1. Visit jiwaji.edu or the MP Online portal (jiwaji.mponline.gov.in) and fill the online application form. 2. Pay application fee Rs. 1,000 (Rs. 800 for SC/ST/OBC) plus registration fee Rs. 300 per course; a maximum of five courses can be applied for. 3. Admission is on merit-cum-choice basis; provisional admission lists are published course-wise. 4. Deposit the prescribed course fee online within the given time, otherwise the right to admission is forfeited. 5. On cancellation before the last date of admission, 10% of the admission fee is deducted from the refund; only caution money is refunded after that date. NRI candidates pay US $2,500 per annum extra and sponsored candidates Rs. 25,000 extra on payment seats.
