Step-by-Step BAMS Admission Process: KEA and AACCC Counselling

• Qualify NEET-UG: Candidates must clear the NTA NEET-UG examination, achieving a minimum of the 50th percentile for the General category, or the 40th percentile for SC/ST/OBC categories.
• Counseling Registration: Depending on the desired quota, candidates must register on the appropriate counseling portal. For the 15% All India Quota, registration is via the AACCC portal. For the 85% State Quota, including Management and NRI seats, registration must be completed on the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) AYUSH portal.
• Choice Filling: During the active counseling rounds, candidates must strategically list 'Kanachur Ayurveda Medical College, Mangalore' as their preferred choice.
• Seat Allotment: The counseling authorities allocate seats based strictly on the candidate's NEET rank, category reservations, and seat availability.
• Document Verification & Reporting: Following successful allotment, students must report to the college campus in Natekal for physical document verification.
• Fee Payment: Admission is legally finalized upon the verification of original documents and the payment of the stipulated tuition fee.
