Affiliated with The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, Chennai, and recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC), KFMSR is designated as a Telugu Minority institution. The college offers 150 MBBS seats and 10 MD/MS postgraduate seats annually.
