KMCT offers 91 PG (MD/MS) seats across 14 specialties including General Medicine, Paediatrics, General Surgery, Orthopaedics, OBG, Anaesthesiology, Dermatology, Psychiatry, Radiodiagnosis, ENT, Microbiology, Community Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, and Pharmacology. PG courses were started from 2015-16.

Yes. Students admitted under the Muslim minority quota must sign a 1-year service bond post-internship at KMCT or associated hospitals; penalty for non-compliance is INR 10,00,000. PG graduates must serve as Senior Residents for 1 year; default leads to suspension from future PG allotments.
