BAMS Admission State Quota (85% Seats)
85% of the total BAMS seats (51 out of 60) are filled through the Maharashtra State Quota counselling conducted by the State CET Cell, Mumbai, via the official portal www.mahacet.org. Candidates must be NEET UG qualified, hold Maharashtra domicile (or 10-year continuous residence in Maharashtra), and be Indian citizens. The selection is purely based on NEET UG merit combined with category-wise reservation norms under the Maharashtra government's reservation policy. Multiple CAP rounds (Round 1, Round 2, Round 3, and Online Stray Vacancy Round) are conducted until seats are filled. The application processing fee for State Quota is ₹1,000 (non-refundable). Learn more about the fee structure and NEET cutoff ranks.
BAMS Admission Institutional Quota (15% Seats)
The remaining 15% of BAMS seats (9 seats) are open to All India candidates including NRI, OCI, and Outside Maharashtra State (OMS) candidates. These seats are also filled by the Competent Authority through the CAP process, not directly by the college. The institutional quota application processing fee is ₹5,000 (non-refundable). OCI candidates must have obtained OCI status before 04/03/2021 to be eligible.
