Step 1: Qualify NEET UG → Step 2: For AIQ (30 seats, 15%): Register on MCC (mcc.nic.in); For SQ (170 seats, 85%): Register on CET Cell Maharashtra (cetcell.mahacet.org) → Step 3: Document e-scrutiny → Step 4: Fill preferences (minimum 1 option; as many as possible recommended) → Step 5: CAP Round 1, Round 2, Mop-Up Round, Stray Vacancy Round → Step 6: Report to LTMMC at Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Road, Sion (West), Mumbai — 400022 with documents → Step 7: Pay fees via DD + cash (INR 4,030 cash confirmed by student). Documents: NEET scorecard + admit card, HSC/12th + SLC, Class 10 marksheet, Caste Certificate + Caste Verification (Annexure-3 per MUHS), OBC-NCL Certificate, EWS Certificate, Photo ID (PAN/Aadhaar — bring originals), passport-size photos (8 copies), Medical Fitness Certificate (Annexure-H), Online Counselling Registration Certificate, Sponsorship Certificate (in-service PG), NEET PG scorecard + MBBS Certificate + Medical Registration + Internship Completion Certificate (PG).
