Admission to Loyola Academy is merit-based and follows the college's own online admission process for undergraduate and M.Sc programmes, while the MBA and MCA programmes are filled through the TS ICET route. The college does not follow a rank-based cutoff list for UG programmes; instead each applicant is assessed through an entrance test, marks in the qualifying examination and a personal interview, and preference is often given to applicants with notable certificates or achievements.

Admission Process at Loyola Academy

Step-by-Step UG Admission Process

  1. Visit the official admission portal and register for the programme of your choice.
  2. Fill in the application form and pay the application fee online.
  3. Upload the required documents such as 10th and Intermediate mark sheets and certificates.
  4. Appear for the institute's online entrance test on the notified date.
  5. Attend the personal interview and counselling round.
  6. On selection, complete document verification and pay the fee to confirm the seat.

The minimum eligibility for BA, BBA, B.Com and B.Sc programmes is 10+2 (Intermediate) or an equivalent examination with at least 55% aggregate marks. B.Sc programmes require the subject combination prescribed for the specific branch, and B.Sc (Hons) Agriculture expects a Biology or Agriculture background. For the MBA a bachelor's degree with at least 50% marks and a valid TS ICET score are required, followed by an interview, and work experience is not compulsory.

Fees are payable as notified in the college fee structure, and a portion of the amount is refundable as caution or laboratory deposits according to the college fee refund policy. Students who withdraw after admission should read the refund policy carefully, because refund amounts depend on the date of withdrawal. International students can apply through the Study in India information available on the college website.

Applicants are advised to keep scanned copies of their 10th and Intermediate mark sheets, transfer and conduct certificates, identity proof and category or minority certificates ready before starting the online form, since incomplete uploads can delay shortlisting. Candidates who have a valid EAMCET score or other entrance results may mention them in the application, although the college's own online assessment and interview remain the decisive stages for most undergraduate programmes.

For the AY 2026-27 cycle, undergraduate applications were accepted from 15 April to 15 May 2026, the online entrance test was held on 16 May 2026 and results were declared in the last week of May 2026, with additional phase-wise admission rounds for B.Com and B.Sc. MBA and MCA applications opened from 10 March 2026 and closed on 15 May 2026 alongside the TS ICET examination on 13-14 May 2026, while M.Sc applications ran from 18 June to 17 July 2026. Candidates should follow the official notifications for the next cycle, and can read more on the admission process and important dates page.
