Maharaja Agrasen Medical College (MAMC), Agroha is a reputed semi-government (government-aided) medical college established in 2002 by the Maharaja Agrasen Medical Education & Scientific Research Society — a non-profit society founded on 18 April 1988 by late Shri Om Prakash Jindal, with Smt. Savitri Jindal as current president. Named after the legendary king Maharaja Agrasen whose ancient capital was Agroha, it is the first medical college in his name, located on NH-9 near Agroha Dham, Hisar district, Haryana. The college is affiliated with Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak and recognised by the National Medical Commission (NMC). It admits 100 MBBS students annually and 22 students across 11 PG (MD/MS) disciplines.
