NEET (UG) qualification → Apply through one of three channels based on seat category: (1) AYUSH Admissions Central Counselling Committee (AACCC) at aaccc.gov.in for 15% All India Quota seats; (2) Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) AYUSH NEET Counselling at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in for State Quota seats (search by NCISM Code AYU0862); (3) Direct application to MIAMSH / Maharaja Education Trust® for Management Quota seats → Seat allotment via AACCC/KEA or direct merit process for Management Quota → Document verification at MIAMSH: NEET UG score card, Class 10 & 12 mark sheets, transfer/character certificate, domicile certificate, category certificate (if applicable), ID proof, 8–12 passport-size photographs → Fee payment to confirm admission.
