Government bond to be printed on ₹21 non-judicial stamp paper (Annexure A — MBBS) at time of reporting — available on jkmchjajpur.odisha.gov.in. Documents: NEET scorecard + admit card, allotment letter, 10+2 and 10th certificates + marksheets, domicile, caste/EWS/PwD certificates, Aadhar, 8 photographs, medical fitness, transfer certificate, gap certificate (if applicable).
