Clinical Training Infrastructure Supporting the BAMS Curriculum
Clinical exposure during the BAMS programme is supported by the attached 60-bed Mahesh Ayurved Hospital, which operates 8 Out-Patient Departments and 6 In-Patient Departments per the MUHS Annexure-II inspection record. Surgical training (Shalya Tantra and Shalakya Tantra) is supported by 3 functioning Operation Theatres, while Panchakarma training uses a dedicated 268.72 sq. m. therapy block with separate male and female sections. Diagnostic training draws on the hospital's Pathology Laboratory and X-Ray facility, and Dravyaguna Vigyan fieldwork is supported by the college's botanical garden, reported to hold more than 200 species of medicinal plants.
