10+2 (PCB + English) with minimum 50% marks (40–45% for reserved categories); minimum age 17 years by December 31; valid NEET UG score
Admission Process
All NMC Raichur MBBS / MD / MS seat allotments are through KEA Karnataka (100% KEA counselling). Government quota, Management quota (includes Telugu Minority seats), and NRI quota — all via KEA. ⚠️ ARTICLE 371(J) HK RESERVATION applies: 70% of state quota seats reserved for HK-region candidates (Raichur, Kalaburagi, Bidar, Yadgir, Koppal, Ballari). As a Telugu Linguistic Minority institution, a portion of management seats reserved for Telugu-speaking community candidates. Non-Karnataka candidates eligible for Management and NRI quota. KEA conducts 4 rounds: Round 1, Round 2, Mop-Up, Stray Vacancy. Application submitted via KEA portal; fee paid online; option filling done before KEA result. NOTE: KEA does not allow fresh option entry after Round 1 results — only reshuffling in Round 2. PG admissions: 50% via MCC AIQ; 50% via KEA (Karnataka State + Management Quota). Bond for PG graduates: 2-year service in medically underserved area post-completion.
