NSUT has three campuses: the Main/Dwarka Campus (Sector-3, Dwarka), the East Campus (Geeta Colony), and the West Campus (Jaffarpur Kalan). The main campus is fully residential with all major departments and facilities. East and West campuses were added after NSUT acquired university status.

NSUT offers B.Tech in 15+ specialisations including: Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical Engineering (EE), Information Technology (IT), Mechanical Engineering (ME), Mathematics and Computing (MAC), Bio-Technology (BT), Instrumentation and Control Engineering (ICE), Geoinformatics, and specialised branches like CSE with AI, CSE with Data Science, CSE with IoT, ECE with AI & ML, IT with Network & Information Security, and ME with Electric Vehicles.

The B.Tech fee at NSUT Delhi for the 2024-25 batch is approximately INR 2,40,000 in the first year, increasing incrementally to around INR 2,90,000 in the fourth year. The approximate total for all four years is INR 9.6 – 10.6 Lakhs including tuition, university, examination, and student activity fees. SC/ST students are eligible for tuition fee waivers under government schemes.

Yes, NSUT Delhi is a state government university under the Government of NCT of Delhi. It is an autonomous institution established under the Delhi Netaji Subhas University of Technology Act, 2017 (Delhi Act 06 of 2018), effective from 26 September 2018. It is approved by AICTE and recognised by UGC.
