MD
Candidates must hold an MBBS degree from a recognized university, complete a one-year compulsory rotating internship, and qualify the NEET-PG examination. Admission is through MCC (15% AIQ) and state PG counselling.

Teaching Hospital - Parul Sevashram Hospital
Parul Institute of Medical Sciences & Research is associated with Parul Sevashram Hospital, a 750-bedded multi-specialty teaching hospital located within the Parul University campus. The hospital handles over 1,100 outpatients daily with round-the-clock Casualty and ICU services using advanced technology. It provides clinical training across departments including General Medicine, Surgery, Paediatrics, Orthopaedics, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Emergency Care, Blood Bank, and multiple super-specialty departments.

Central Medical Library
The institute maintains a central medical library located on the 2nd and 3rd floor of C Wing with over 2,16,637 books, 469 journals and magazines, 2,385+ research projects, 8,190 e-books, and 1,351 e-journals. The library provides reading halls, e-learning access, internet access, and remote access through Knimbus. It uses SOUL 2.0 barcode software with OPAC for efficient resource discovery.

Anatomy Dissection Hall
The anatomy department includes a modern dissection hall where MBBS students study human anatomy through cadaver-based practical training, specimen demonstrations, and histology laboratories. The campus also features a state-of-the-art Medical Skills Lab with the latest technology-driven equipment for simulation-based learning and departmental museums.

Student Hostel Facilities
Separate hostel facilities are available for male and female students within the Parul University campus with a combined capacity for up to 10,000 students. The hostels provide accommodation with single, double, and triple room options, dining services with spacious dining halls, study rooms, and recreational spaces. From AY 2025-26, PIMSR offers 200 MBBS seats after NMC granted a Letter of Permission (LOP) for an increase from 150 to 200. Prior to 2025-26, the annual intake was 150 MBBS seats.
