P.E.S. College of Engineering, widely known as PESCE, is a private-aided, autonomous engineering institution located on K V Shankaragowda Road in Mandya, Karnataka, about 100 km from Bengaluru. Founded in 1962 by the People's Education Society under the leadership of Sri K. V. Shankara Gowda, it is one of the oldest and most established engineering colleges in the Mysuru region. The college is permanently affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belagavi, gained autonomous status from the UGC in 2008-09, and is spread across a green, 62-acre campus.

The college is NBA accredited in eligible branches and holds a NAAC 'A' grade, and it appears in the NIRF 201-300 band among engineering colleges as of 2025. It has been a beneficiary of TEQIP grants and a World Bank funded programme, and it holds a research foundation, PET Research Foundation, established in 2002, that supports faculty and student research affiliated to VTU and the University of Mysore. Admission to the B.E. programme is through the Karnataka CET (KCET) for the government/aided quota and through COMEDK UGET for the unaided and comedk quota, with separate KCET codes for the aided stream (E023) and the unaided stream (E058).
