The verified, university-only campus area is approximately 62 acres, based on Presidency's own THE-rankings submission and Board of Governors/IQAC minutes. Some of the university's marketing material states closer to 100 acres, which likely includes the adjoining Presidency Group K-12 and PU College land at the same Itgalpur location; the 62-acre figure is the more narrowly verified one.
