10+2 with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects and Maths/Biology as one optional subject; minimum 50% (General/OBC), 45% (SC/ST) for B.Pharm/D.Pharm. B.Pharm Lateral Entry: D.Pharm holders from UP with 60% marks.

Step 1: Register on the JEECUP/UPSEE portal and appear in the entrance exam. Step 2: Participate in AKTU/BTEUP online counselling based on rank. Step 3: After seat allotment, visit the official website (sitmpharmacy.edu.in/enquiry) to submit an admission enquiry. Step 4: Fill out the online registration form completely with course preference, contact details, and educational history. Step 5: Report to college with required documents and complete admission formalities including fee payment.
