10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as compulsory subjects; minimum 50% aggregate (General) / 40% (SC/ST/OBC) / 45% (PWD); valid NEET-UG qualifying score mandatory

Candidates must register for and appear in the NEET-UG examination conducted by the NTA, obtain a qualifying score, and then register for state-level or All India Quota counselling as applicable through the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) AYUSH NEET Counselling. Seat allotment is based on NEET-UG rank, preference, and seat availability, with remaining seats filled under Management Quota directly by the college.
