BAMS admissions at SPAMC are NEET-UG based: 15 seats (15%) All India Quota through AACCC AYUSH UG counselling at aaccc.gov.in; 70 seats (70%) State Quota and 15 seats (15%) Institutional Quota through the Maharashtra State CET Cell's Centralised Admission Process (CAP rounds) at cetcell.mahacet.org, conducted by the Directorate of AYUSH, Government of Maharashtra. The admission process follows four broad steps published on the official website: verifying 10+2 Science eligibility (PCB), confirming a valid NEET 2025 score, participating in CAP counselling rounds, and reporting to the college with original documents for verification. A total of 31 original documents plus 2 attested copies are required at reporting, including the NEET admit card and scorecard, CET Cell allotment letter, SSC/HSC certificates and mark sheets, transfer and migration certificates, domicile and nationality certificates, caste/caste-validity/non-creamy-layer/EWS certificates (as applicable), medical fitness certificate (per NEET-UG 2025 Maharashtra State Brochure Annexure H), income certificate, and eight passport-size photographs.
