Hostels: separate for boys (500+ capacity) and girls with comfortable accommodation, mess, Wi-Fi, recreation, and security. Teaching hospital: 16-acre area (separate from college campus). UHTC (Urban Health Training Centre) at Kalalgalli Road (1.5 km from college).

⚠️ SBMPMC is a constituent college of BLDE (Deemed to be University) — NOT affiliated to RGUHS. All degrees (MBBS, MD/MS, DM/MCh) are issued by BLDE University. Admissions are 100% through MCC (Medical Counselling Committee) Deemed University Counselling — candidates register at mcc.nic.in under 'Deemed University'. There is NO KEA Karnataka state quota at SBMPMC. No Karnataka domicile requirement — all-India candidates are equally eligible.
