SGMSAM Pusad holds NCISM recognition (formerly under CCIM) and Ministry of AYUSH approval at the national level, and MUHS Nashik affiliation at the state level — the full statutory recognition set required for a valid BAMS degree in India and for MCIM registration in Maharashtra. The institution has been continuously operational since 1992, giving it over 30 years of uninterrupted institutional history. It does not currently appear in NIRF or NCISM national rating tables.
