Required Entrance Exams

NEET UG

Eligibility Criteria
10+2 with PCB and English; minimum 50% marks (General/EWS); 40% for SC/ST/OBC; NEET UG qualified; minimum 17 years of age
Admission Process
State Quota (50%) and Management Quota (35%) seats are filled through DME Chhattisgarh online counselling at cgdme.in. NRI Quota (15%) seats are also processed through DME CG. Process includes: online registration, document upload, choice filling, provisional allotment, seat acceptance, and reporting to the college for document verification. Multiple rounds: Round 1, Round 2, Round 3, and Stray Vacancy Round. At the time of joining, candidates must submit: D.D. of ₹7,65,187 in favour of 'SRIMSR MEDICAL COLLEGE' payable at Raipur, bank guarantee of ₹7,45,187, and original documents with 3 sets of photocopies.

Important Notice

As per the Gazette Notification of Government of Chhattisgarh (Department of Medical Education), a Bank Guarantee of one year tuition fee is mandatory for all students admitted to SRIMSR. After MBBS, a compulsory service bond applies as per state norms. Non-compliance attracts a bond penalty. A Public Notice for MBBS Admission is published on the official website.

Admission Process
Admission through DME CG NEET PG counselling for state quota seats and management quota seats once PG programmes are formally launched.

PG programmes are being progressively introduced as the first MBBS batches graduate. Candidates are advised to monitor srimsr.com and cgdme.in for the latest PG admission schedule.
