The MBBS Master Time Table is published on the official website at srimsr.com. For the Second MBBS Batch 2024-25, both Semester 1 and Semester 2 examination schedules are active. Theory exams cover: Medicine, OBS-Gyn, Surgery, Pharmacology, Pathology, Microbiology, FMT (Forensic Medicine & Toxicology), and Community Medicine — each conducted from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Practical examinations in Pathology, Pharmacology, and Microbiology follow the theory schedule over 3 days with rotating group assignments (A, B, C). Students must occupy seats 10 minutes early; no late entry, no mobile phones or smartwatches permitted.

The teaching hospital is Rawatpura Sarkar Hospital, located at Pacheda, Nava Raipur — a newly established 630+ bedded multispecialty facility. It is staffed by 200+ doctors and 500+ nursing and paramedical professionals. The hospital has 60 ICU beds, 30 emergency beds, advanced laboratory services, and clinical departments spanning all major specialities including General Medicine, Surgery, Orthopaedics, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Paediatrics, Anaesthesiology, Radiology, Dermatology, ENT, Ophthalmology, Psychiatry, Emergency Medicine, Respiratory Medicine, and a dedicated Central Research Laboratory. Notably, 80% of beds are earmarked for free treatment for underprivileged patients.

SRIMSR is notably proactive on research for a new institution. It has formally established three research-promoting policies from the very first year: (1) IPR (Intellectual Property Rights) Policy — guiding intellectual property protection for faculty and student innovations; (2) R&D Incentive Scheme — providing financial incentives to faculty and students engaged in research activities; and (3) Seed Money Policy — offering initial funding support for research projects. A Central Research Laboratory is operational within the hospital. These policies reflect the institution's stated objective to excel in service, education, and research.

Shri Rawatpura Sarkar Institute of Medical Sciences and Research (SRIMSR) was established in 2024 and admitted its inaugural MBBS batch in Academic Year 2024-25. The current NMC-approved MBBS intake is 150 seats per year. The college has also obtained Consent of Affiliation for 250 seats, indicating planned future expansion. The college is affiliated with Pt. Deendayal Upadhyay Memorial Health Sciences and Ayush University (AHSU), Raipur, and approved by the National Medical Commission (NMC).
