The college is attached to Shaheed Prabhunarayan Multi Speciality Hospital (SPNM Hospital), a 420-bed multi-specialty hospital established in 2007. It features a 20-bed ICU, 10-bed casualty, advanced diagnostics (CT scan, Doppler, Ultrasound, ECG, EEG, Endoscopy), Blood Bank, and 400–500 OPD patients daily.

The interim MBBS tuition fee is ₹11,90,000 per year for AY 2025-26, as per Bihar State Level Fee Determination Committee guidelines. Total tuition for 4.5 years = ₹53,55,000. Hostel and mess charges are additional. Fees are subject to revision.

Admission is based entirely on NEET UG scores, followed by Bihar UGMAC counselling conducted by BCECEB (bceceboard.bihar.gov.in). Candidates must register, undergo document verification, fill preferences, and report upon seat allotment. Admission is conditional on NMC LOP being granted for the academic year.

SCMC applied for 100 MBBS seats. The NMC LOP for AY 2025-26 is pending a special inspection ordered by the Patna High Court (January 2026). Final seat confirmation will be available on the NMC website and BCECEB portal.
