SR Group of Institutions (College of Science and Engineering), Jhansi, commonly known as SRGI, is a private engineering institution established in 2002 and managed by Pt. Deendayal Uppadhyay Sikshan Trust, Jhansi. Situated 16 km from Jhansi Railway Station on the Gwalior Road, the college is set on an expansive 80-acre green campus. It is affiliated to Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Lucknow, and approved by AICTE, PCI, and the Ministry of HRD, Government of India. The College of Science and Engineering (CSE) is one of six constituent colleges of the SR Group, which also includes the College of Pharmacy, College of Engineering Management & Technology, College of Professional Studies, College of Law, and SR College of Polytechnic. SRGI is ISO 9001:2008 certified and ranked among the Top 50 AKTU-affiliated colleges in 2024. The campus features state-of-the-art laboratories, a digital library with over 50,000 books, dedicated hostels for boys and girls, a modern cafeteria, sports grounds, a scenic lake, and a fully Wi-Fi-enabled environment.
