10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English; minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/OBC/PwD); minimum age 17 years as of December 31 of admission year; NEET UG qualified

Step 1: Register on KEA portal (kea.kar.nic.in) with NEET UG details and generate candidate profile. Pay registration fee: ₹750 for Karnataka SC/ST/Cat-1/PWD/GM candidates; ₹2,500 for non-Karnataka candidates; ₹5,000 for NRI/OCI/PIO/Foreign Nationals. Step 2: Pay refundable/adjustable security deposit of ₹1,00,000 (applicable from 2nd round onwards). Step 3: Document verification – physical verification at KEA centres for Karnataka candidates; online verification for non-Karnataka candidates. Step 4: Fill and lock college choices online. Step 5: KEA publishes allotment result; report to SRPMCHRC with original documents. Step 6: Pay admission fees and complete enrolment.
