Taranath Government Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital, Ballari, provides a complete range of academic, clinical, and residential facilities across its 8-acre campus on Dr. Rajkumar Road. Teaching Hospital
A fully functional Ayurvedic teaching hospital providing OPD and inpatient services to the Ballari community. Departments include Kayachikitsa, Panchakarma, Shalya Tantra, Shalakya Tantra, Prasuti & Striroga, Bal Roga, and Swastha Vritta. BAMS and PG students undertake clinical postings and their compulsory internship within the hospital.
Library
A well-stocked institutional library with classical Ayurvedic texts (Charaka Samhita, Sushruta Samhita, Ashtanga Hridaya, etc.), modern medical reference books, journals, and periodicals covering Ayurveda, pharmacology, physiology, pathology, and allied health sciences. Supports academic research, exam preparation, and faculty development.

Ayurvedic Laboratories
Departmental laboratories for all practical training requirements of the BAMS curriculum: Rachana Sharir (anatomy with cadaver and museum), Kriya Sharir (physiology), Dravyaguna (pharmacognosy and plant identification), Rasashastra & Bhaishajya Kalpana (pharmaceutical preparation), Roga Nidan (pathology and microbiology), and Swastha Vritta (community health). All labs meet NCISM-prescribed standards.

Auditorium
A spacious auditorium used for CME (Continuing Medical Education) programmes, academic seminars, workshops, cultural events, student council activities, and guest lectures by renowned Ayurvedic experts and practitioners.
Hostel (Boys & Girls)
Separate hostel facilities for male and female students on campus, available at subsidised government rates. Hostel provides basic accommodation with mess facilities, suitable for out-of-district and out-of-state students. Charges are as per Government of Karnataka norms and significantly lower than private institutional hostels.
