It houses a 6-storey main medical college building (built-up area: 20,317 sq. mt), the TMU Hospital complex (built-up area: 65,436 sq. mt), and a residential & hostel complex (built-up area: 23,945 sq. mt). The campus is planned for resource and energy conservation and offers a safe, green, and vibrant environment.

Hostel
Separate and well-maintained hostels for boys and girls are available on campus. Annual hostel and mess charges are approximately ₹2–2.5 lakh depending on accommodation type. Hostel facilities include mess, recreation room, reading room, 24x7 security, and Wi-Fi connectivity. The residential complex has a built-up area of 23,945 sq. mt.

Sports
The 28-acre campus offers sprawling, well-maintained playgrounds for outdoor sports including cricket, football, volleyball, and badminton. The university campus also features a gymnasium (gym) and facilities for indoor sports. Students regularly participate in inter-college, inter-university, and state-level sports events.

Classrooms & Lecture Theatres
TMMC&RC has 234 classrooms equipped with ICT (Information and Communication Technology) facilities, 23 smart classrooms, 28 lecture theatres, 6 conference rooms, and 4 state-of-the-art language labs with 240 computer terminals. The language labs feature hi-tech software for developing basic to business-level communication skills, with attached personality development cabins and group discussion rooms. Teaching follows the NMC-mandated Competency-Based Medical Education (CBME) framework.

Laboratory
Each pre-clinical, para-clinical, and clinical department has fully-equipped, modern laboratories. Separate laboratories are available for Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pathology, Microbiology, Pharmacology, and Forensic Medicine. A Central Research Station supports biomedical and translational research activities. Central Laboratory services cover Pathological, Clinical Biochemistry, Microbiology, and Histopathology investigations.

Central Library
