Career Outlook After a Degree at The Oxford College of Business Management
Pre-Placement Training
The placement cell follows a four-stage approach. Stage 1 covers profile and assessments, including interest and work importance, reasoning proficiency and computing skills. Stage 2, called learning to succeed, gives individual feedback and 144 hours of training based on general corporate requirements for employability. Stage 3 covers application assessments and Stage 4 is the placement itself. Mock interviews are held with a panel that includes the director, the departmental coordinator and the placement officer, and they test communication, analytical, technical, human and conceptual skills, career knowledge and attitude. One senior professor from each department also joins the mock interview panel as a subject expert.
