Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 15 years of education and 50% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA (45% for SC/ST/OBC-NC/General-EWS/PwD candidates); final-year students may apply subject to completing all examinations before the programme start date.

Per the official Eligibility page and corroborating third-party sources: (1) candidates are shortlisted based on their CAT/XAT/CMAT/CUET-PG/GATE/GMAT/GRE percentile combined with a profile/diversity score; (2) shortlisted candidates sit the TSU Written Ability Test (TSUWAT), a roughly 30-minute offline test; (3) a Personal Interview is conducted at multiple centres (reported as up to 16 locations across 15 states); (4) final selection combines exam score, TSUWAT, PI performance, academic record, and diversity factors (gender, regional and educational-background diversity, work experience). TSU explicitly states there is no management quota.
