Eligibility Criteria
10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English; minimum 50% marks (General/EWS); 40% for SC/ST/OBC; NEET UG qualified; minimum age 17 years as on 31st December of the admission year
Admission Process
State Quota seats filled via UPDGME (UP Directorate General of Medical Education) centralised counselling at upneet.gov.in — 3 rounds (Round 1, Round 2, Mop-Up) + College Level Round. Management Quota and NRI seats directly through the institution via registration at registration.tsmmch.org. AIQ seats filled via MCC (Medical Counselling Committee) counselling at mcc.nic.in. Documents required at admission: Transfer Certificate, 10th & 12th mark sheets, NEET Scorecard, Aadhar Card, PAN Card (candidate and parent), Caste/EWS Certificate (if applicable), 5 passport-sized photographs.

Important Notice

Compulsory rural/government service bond applies after internship completion. Bond penalty of ₹10 lakh for MBBS; separate bond applicable for PG students. One-third of annual tuition fee charged for detained/failed students per additional year. Refundable security deposit payable at admission.
