NO. B.Tech Biotechnology at GGSIPU USB is the ONLY B.Tech program not admitted through JEE Main. It requires IPU CET (Code 130 for B.Tech; Code 131 for Dual Degree) or CUET. The CET exam has 4 sections: Biology/Biotechnology, Mathematics, Chemistry, and Physics.

Approximately 30 seats for B.Tech Biotechnology (Code 130). Only top 45 IPU CET ranks are typically called in Round 1. An additional 15 seats exist for B.Tech+M.Tech Dual Degree (Code 131). Delhi Region gets 85% seats; outside Delhi gets 15%.
