What Happens After NEET PG 2026 Registration
After the registration window closes on July 21, 2026, NBEMS will release the admit card on July 27, 2026, at natboard.edu.in. Candidates must download the admit card and exam city intimation slip and verify all printed details including name, photograph, exam date, and reporting time. The exam will be held on August 30, 2026, in CBT mode.
After the examination, NBEMS will release the provisional answer key on natboard.edu.in within a week of the exam. Candidates can raise objections during the challenge window by paying a fee per question challenged. The final answer key will then be used to compute NEET PG 2026 scores and ranks. Following the result, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will conduct All India Quota counselling for 50 percent of seats in government colleges and 100 percent of seats in central institutions. State authorities will manage the remaining state quota seats. For a complete understanding of rounds, documents, and seat allotment procedures, candidates can refer to the medical counselling guide. Those who want to shortlist colleges before the official counselling schedule is out can use the medical college predictor to filter options by rank, category, and state preference.
