The Directorate General of Medical Education and Training (DGME), Uttar Pradesh, has released the Round 3 state merit list for UP NEET MDS 2026 counselling. The list names 1,175 registered candidates competing for state quota MDS seats in the state’s dental colleges. Choice filling begins at 11 AM on October 28 and closes at 11 AM on November 2.
Latest Update: Round 3 Merit List Is Out
The list is titled UP State Merit List of NEET-PG (MDS) Round-3 2026. Each entry shows the serial number, roll number, candidate and father's name, UP category and sub-category, NEET marks and NEET rank. Candidates are arranged in order of merit, with the top entry at 737 marks (NEET rank 48) and the last at 200 marks (NEET rank 24,461).

Who Can Fill Choices
A disclaimer on every page says the list is registered candidate data for UP NEET PG (MDS) 2026 counselling. It also states that only candidates who have paid both the registration fee and the security money are eligible for choice filling. Being on the list is therefore not enough without both payments. The page legend defines OB, OS, OT and OE as OBC, SC, ST and EWS (Other State).

How to Check the Merit List
- Open the official UP NEET counselling portal.
- Click the Round 3 state merit list link for NEET PG (MDS) 2026.
- Open the PDF and search for your name or roll number.
- Check your NEET marks, NEET rank and category.
- Note that the list carries no correction instructions, so follow any DGME notice for objections.
Before Choice Filling Starts
- Confirm that both registration fee and security money are paid.
- Shortlist dental colleges and rank them in order of preference.
- Fill choices from 11 AM on October 28 and lock them before 11 AM on November 2.
- Keep original documents ready for admission from November 4.
