NTA does not send admit cards by post. The only way to get your Re-NEET 2026 hall ticket is by downloading it from neet.nta.nic.in. No admit card means no entry — no exceptions.

How to Download Re-NEET 2026 Admit Card

  1. Visit the official NTA NEET portal: neet.nta.nic.in
  2. Click on the 'Download Re-NEET 2026 Admit Card' link on the homepage
  3. Enter your Application Number and Date of Birth
  4. Click Submit — your admit card will load on screen
  5. Carefully verify all details before downloading
  6. Download the PDF and take at least two colour printouts on A4 paper

What Will Be Different on the Re-NEET 2026 Admit Card?

Since NTA is reviewing and potentially changing examination centres — especially in states affected by the paper leak — your exam centre may differ from your original May 4 admit card.   • Full Name — must match your Class 12 certificate exactly
  • Application Number and Roll Number
  • Exam Date (June 21, 2026) and Reporting Time
  • Exam Centre Name and Complete Address — check if this has changed from May 4
  • Subject choices and Medium of Exam
  • Your Photograph and Signature — must be clearly visible
  • Category and PwD status (if applicable)

  • Printed Re-NEET 2026 admit card (colour printout)
  • Valid government-issued photo ID — Aadhaar, PAN Card, Passport, or Voter ID
