Step 1: Qualify NEET UG. Step 2: Register on GGSIPU portal (ipu.admissions.nic.in) and fill application form with required information and fees (₹1,000–₹1,500 application fee). Step 3: Upload mandatory Army service documents (PPO, service record, discharge book, identity card, dependent/ECHS card, serving certificate – as applicable per Appendix 9A to 9D of ACMS Admission Brochure). Step 4: Register on MCC portal (mcc.nic.in) for MCC counselling for IPU Army Quota seats. Step 5: Online choice filling (select ACMS as preference). Step 6: Seat allotment based on NEET rank, Army category, and available seats. Step 7: Accept seat and pay fees. Step 8: Report to ACMS within allotted timeframe for 2-day admission process including medical examination and document verification. Step 9: Pay fees via Demand Draft in favour of 'College Fund Account, ACMS' and 'Hostel Fund Account, ACMS', payable at New Delhi.
