💡 Placement Highlights & Details (2025-26)

This is not a conventional campus-placement programme. Every candidate who successfully completes OCES/DGFS training is guaranteed appointment as a Scientific Officer (Group 'A' Gazetted post) and posted to a DAE unit based on organisational needs and performance during training — i.e., 100% absorption of successful trainees rather than a placement 'rate' in the college-recruitment sense. Pay corresponds to the Government of India Scientific Officer 'C' scale (Level 10 of the 7th CPC pay matrix) after training; no separately published LPA figures exist because compensation follows government pay scales, not private-sector packages.
