The total MBBS tuition fee for the entire 5.5-year programme is approximately INR 47,000. Semester fee is approximately INR 4,500 per semester (9 semesters), with an admission fee of approximately INR 2,000. This makes BMC one of the most affordable medical colleges in India.

200 MBBS seats are approved by NMC for AY 2024-25. Of these, 30 seats (15%) are under the All India Quota (MCC counselling) and 170 seats (85%) are under the West Bengal State Quota (WBMCC counselling).

Interns receive a monthly stipend of approximately INR 25,000–28,000 during the compulsory 1-year rotating internship at BMC&H. An optional 6-month housestaffship is available post-internship.
