DTU campus spans 164 acres at Shahbad Daulatpur, Bawana Road, Delhi. The campus has a scenic lake, eco-friendly design, and an ongoing plan to generate one-third of energy from alternative sources. Green architecture concept for all new buildings. Vehicles restricted on campus as part of the eco-plan. The Knowledge Park at DTU has been set up as part of Delhi Government's initiative to make Delhi a Research and IT hub.

DTU main library holds 1,23,978 books; General Book Bank 52,700 books; SCP Book Bank 9,057 books; 2,085 donated books. Full e-resources access — journals, databases, online repositories. Digital library access campus-wide. One of the largest college library collections in Delhi NCR.

On-campus hostels for boys (1,600 capacity) and girls (1,105 capacity) including two new hostels inaugurated July 2022. Room types: Single-Seater Non-AC (₹60,000/yr), Double-Seater Non-AC (₹56,000/yr), Triple-Seater/Type-I & II Non-AC (₹52,000/yr), Triple-Seater AC (₹72,000/yr). Comprehensive sports infrastructure including cricket ground, football ground, basketball courts, volleyball courts, badminton courts, table tennis, chess, swimming pool, gymnasium, and athletics track.
