BSAMCH being a GGSIPU-affiliated college means its MBBS graduates benefit from GGSIPU's 50% institutional reservation for MD/MS seats at all GGSIPU-affiliated hospitals. This includes VMMC & Safdarjung Hospital (India's one of the largest teaching hospitals), ABVIMS & Dr. RML Hospital (near Connaught Place), and Army College of Medical Sciences (ACMS). BSAMCH has 125 NMC-approved MBBS seats per year. 15% (19 seats) are All India Quota (AIQ) filled through MCC counselling; 85% (106 seats) are Delhi State Quota filled through GGSIPU counselling.
