10+2 with PCB & English; minimum 50% marks (40% SC/ST; 45% OBC); age ≥ 17 years as on Dec 31; qualify NEET UG
Admission Process
15% AIQ (15 seats) via MCC counselling (4 rounds: Round 1, 2, Mop-Up, Stray Vacancy). 85% State Quota (85 seats) via Punjab State Common Entrance Test Cell (BFUHS, Faridkot). Process: Registration → Choice filling → Seat allotment result → Fee payment → Reporting to AIMS Mohali with original documents.
Important Notice
Punjab domicile required for state quota. Compulsory rural service bond post-internship with penalty for non-compliance. PG programs expected to be introduced in future years.
