Admission Process
100% of all three quota seats (State, Management, NRI) through ACPUGMEC, Government of Gujarat (medadmgujarat.org). Process: (1) Qualify NEET UG; (2) Purchase PIN from medadmgujarat.org; (3) Online registration with PIN, email, mobile, NEET details; (4) Appointment-based document verification at Help Centre (government medical colleges serve as Help Centres); (5) Merit list publication by ACPUGMEC; (6) Online choice-filling (Mock Round → Round 1 → Round 2 → Round 3/Mop-up → Stray Vacancy); (7) Seat allotment notification; (8) Pay fees at Axis Bank or online (fee payment = admission confirmed; non-payment = ineligibility for further rounds at same institute); (9) Original document verification at Help Centre; (10) Report to KMCRI with physical fitness certificate. NRI candidates: additional DD ₹10,000 payable at ACPUGMEC Gandhinagar only.

Important Notice

Compulsory rural service bond applicable after MBBS completion (Gujarat PPP college norm). Penalty applicable for not serving rural bond. All admissions transparent via ACPUGMEC merit list – no direct/back-door admissions. Reservation policy: General/OPEN, SEBC/OBC, SC, ST, EWS, PwBD (5% horizontal). Documents required: NEET 2024 admit card & result; Class 10 & 12 marksheets; Caste/category certificate; EWS/NCL certificate; PwBD certificate; Domicile certificate; Aadhar card; photographs; NRI document proof (if applicable).
