Separate residential complexes for male and female students and staff (teaching and non-teaching) on campus. Rooms on twin-sharing or triple-sharing basis (AC and non-AC options). Each room has a cot, mattress, study table, chair, and cupboard. Facilities: water cooler, common telephone, common TV room, gymnasium, indoor games, 24-hour reading rooms, recreation room. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian dining available. Transport provided for day scholars commuting from town and nearby villages.

State-of-the-art Central Research Lab established at a cost of ₹2 crores for advanced medical research activities including student and faculty research projects.

Skills Lab established in 2010 at a cost of ₹50 lakhs. Provides hands-on training on mannequins for clinical procedures. BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) training with mannequins is mandatory. All staff members are trained in BLS.
