1. Qualify NEET UG. 2. IP Quota (25 seats): Obtain Ward of Insured Person certificate (Annexure 3A/3B) from ESIC Regional/Local Office. Apply via esic.gov.in/admissions. Centralized counselling for IP seats based on NEET rank + category. 3. Non-IP AIQ (8 seats): Register at mcc.nic.in for MCC NEET UG counselling. Select ESIC Medical College Beltola as preference. 4. Non-IP State Quota Assam (17 seats): Register at dme.assam.gov.in. Option fill → Lock → Seat allotment → Reporting. Bond: ₹5 lakh, 1-year ESIC/ESIS service post-MBBS. Documents: NEET scorecard, 10+2 marksheets, IP certificate (if applicable), category certificates, ID proof.
