Located on the first floor of the new college building, the Central Library covers approximately 2,400 square metres. It houses over 2,837 books and provides access to national and international medical journals. Students also benefit from the Gujarat Government's Virtual Library, which provides digital access to e-books and online medical databases.

Situated within the hospital campus, the auditorium has a seating capacity of 1,000 individuals. It serves as a central hub for academic events, conferences, cultural programs, CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), and other institutional gatherings.

The college has spacious gallery-type lecture halls, including two seminar/lecture rooms (one external and one internal), each with a capacity of 150 students, located in the college building and hospital premises.

Fully equipped pre-clinical, para-clinical, and clinical laboratories supporting practical training across all MBBS phases. Labs are designed as per NMC guidelines.

Separate hostels for male and female students, each with a capacity of 350. Rooms are spacious (2 students per room), with balcony in many rooms, and common washrooms per floor. Facilities include a dining hall, tiffin service, canteen, reading room, TV room, visitors' room, and indoor games area.

Up-to-date IT infrastructure with internet access to facilitate e-learning, access to the Virtual Library, online academic resources, and administrative digital systems.
